Right of withdrawal – 14 days
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to inform us of your decision to withdraw, without having to give a reason.

Return costs resulting from a change of mind are the customer's responsibility.
Return conditions and specific products
Returned products must be complete and must not have been used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons cannot be accepted for return if they have been unsealed after delivery.
For the following products in particular:
discovery sets and samples;
room sprays and home fragrances;
car sprays and car fragrances;
as well as any liquid product sold without sealed outer packaging;
the product must be returned unused and in its original condition.
If the product has been used, sprayed or tested excessively, or if its contents have decreased, an amount corresponding to the observed loss in value may be deducted from the refund.
Personalised products or products made specifically at the customer's request are excluded from the right of withdrawal where provided for by law.
Gift cards that have already been used, even partially, cannot be exchanged or refunded. Any statutory rights applicable to unused gift cards remain unaffected.
Damaged, defective or incorrect product
If your parcel arrives damaged, we recommend taking photographs of the parcel before opening it, followed by photographs of the product if it is damaged.

If a product is defective, damaged or different from the one ordered, BlackLine Parfum covers the return costs.
Refund
Following valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the refund will be made using the payment method used for the order, no later than 14 days after your request.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned items or proof that they have been sent back.
If you withdraw from the entire order, the standard delivery costs initially paid will also be refunded. Any additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.
