Order preparation and dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 hours of receipt.

Delivery methods

BlackLine Parfum currently works with Mondial Relay for deliveries in France.

Depending on the options offered when ordering, customers can choose from the following delivery methods:

• Mondial Relay home delivery;
• delivery to a Mondial Relay pickup point;
• delivery to a Mondial Relay locker or automated parcel locker.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.

This is in addition to order preparation and dispatch time, which takes place within 24 hours of receipt.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated automatically based on the total weight of the order.

The exact amount is shown to the customer during checkout, before final confirmation.

Order tracking

After dispatch, the customer receives a tracking number to follow the progress of their parcel.
